山东大学孙加林等综述:石墨烯增强陶瓷摩擦学行为研究进展

近日,山东大学孙加林教授等人在Science China Materials发表综述论文,重点分析了石墨烯简单掺杂、原位生长石墨烯、核壳结构石墨烯、石墨烯-碳纳米管三维结构及功能梯度石墨烯等多种构型在改善陶瓷摩擦磨损行为中的作用机制。

石墨烯增强陶瓷在多种摩擦学应用领域具有极大潜力,呈现出显著优于传统润滑剂(如氟化钙、二硫化钼、六方氮化硼、碳纤维等)增强陶瓷复合材料的摩擦性能。

近日,山东大学孙加林教授等人在Science China Materials发表综述论文,重点分析了石墨烯简单掺杂、原位生长石墨烯、核壳结构石墨烯、石墨烯-碳纳米管三维结构及功能梯度石墨烯等多种构型在改善陶瓷摩擦磨损行为中的作用机制。

本文要点

1) 原位生长石墨烯有助于在摩擦界面形成致密且稳定的固体润滑膜;石墨烯核壳结构通过滚动摩擦效应显著提升抗磨损能力;石墨烯-碳纳米管三维结构能够增强润滑膜的空间稳定性;梯度石墨烯在提升抗冲击性能的同时,赋予陶瓷更高的摩擦学稳定性。

2) 最后,本文对石墨烯增强陶瓷未来研究方向进行了展望,以期指导高性能石墨烯陶瓷的设计和推动其在高端装备领域应用。

作者简介

Zhaozhen Li (李兆真) is now a student under the supervision of Prof. Jialin Sun, Shandong University, majoring in mechanical engineering. His current research interests mainly focus on the design, manufacturing, and application of graphene reinforced ceramics.

Jialin Sun (孙加林) received his PhD degree from Shandong University in mechanical engineering. He is working as a full professor at the School of Mechanical, Electrical & Information Engineering, Shandong University. His current research interests focus on advanced structural ceramic composites for high-speed machining applications, two-dimensional carbon nanomaterials as graphene and carbon nanotubes, cemented carbide, and other hard metals.
